TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use govern your use of the 1INX mobile application and related services operated by LIVE COMMODITIES SA, Switzerland.
1. The 1INX experience
1INX is designed as a one-shot challenge experience. It consists of a sequence of short challenges followed by a definitive result. The intended rule is: one attempt, no restart, no second try.
2. One-time purchase
The definitive 1INX experience is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase. The reference commercial price may be displayed in local currency and may vary by store or territory. The price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase is the applicable price for that transaction.
Purchases, payment processing, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the terms and rules applicable to the store used for the transaction.
3. Restore purchase
If supported by the store and account used for the original purchase, you may restore your purchase. Restoring access does not grant a new attempt where your definitive 1INX attempt has already been completed.
4. Account
1INX may require Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In so that access rights and the definitive result can be associated with an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the underlying Apple or Google account and for activity performed through your 1INX account.
5. Scores, profiles and rarity
1INX is an entertainment and self-discovery experience. Scores, dimensions, profiles and the “1 in X” rarity indicator are generated algorithmically from your interaction with the challenges. They are estimates and are not presented as scientifically validated population measurements.
1INX does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, educational, employment or professional assessment. Results should not be used to make health, employment, educational, financial, legal or other high-stakes decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, automate, interfere with or circumvent the one-shot logic, scoring, purchase controls, security measures or technical operation of 1INX except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
7. Availability and updates
We may update, modify or maintain 1INX to improve functionality, security, compatibility or compliance. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network conditions, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
1INX, its branding, interface, content, challenge design, software and related materials are owned by or licensed to LIVE COMMODITIES SA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited personal right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account through the in-app process once available or through 1inx.app/delete-account.html. Some transaction, accounting, security or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Apple and Google maintain their own store records independently.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1INX is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a particular score, profile or rarity result will correspond to any external assessment or real-world characteristic. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules that apply to you, these Terms are governed by Swiss law. Where legally permitted, the courts of Geneva, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
