DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
You can request deletion of your 1INX account and the personal data associated with it.
Option 1 — In the app
When the production account settings are available, use the Delete Account control inside 1INX and follow the confirmation steps.
Option 2 — From this website
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your 1INX account. Use the button below to start the request.
What will be deleted
After appropriate verification, we will delete or anonymize the 1INX account data under our control, including account-related profile data, saved challenge data and the stored definitive result, except information we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain for purposes such as accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or compliance.
Store transaction records
Apple and Google maintain their own transaction and purchase records under their respective policies. Deleting your 1INX account does not itself delete records held independently by Apple or Google.
Timing
We will process verified deletion requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
