Restore a purchase
If you previously unlocked 1INX through the same Apple App Store or Google Play account, use Restore purchase inside the app. Restoring the purchase restores access; it does not create a new definitive attempt if your 1INX result has already been completed.
Account access
1INX may use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to associate your purchase and definitive result with your account. If you cannot access the account you originally used, contact support.
Delete your account
You can request deletion using the in-app account controls once available, or through our public Delete Account page.
