This Privacy Policy explains how LIVE COMMODITIES SA (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in connection with the 1INX mobile application and the website 1inx.app.

1. Data we process
Depending on how you use 1INX, we may process:
- Account data: identifiers and basic account information made available through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Purchase data: store product, entitlement, purchase status and transaction identifiers necessary to validate or restore access. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Challenge data: responses, timings, scores and other interaction data generated while completing the 1INX challenges.
- Derived results: your final profile, overall score, six dimensions and algorithmic “1 in X” rarity indicator.
- Technical and security data: limited device, app, diagnostic, security and service-log information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
- Support communications: information you provide when you contact us.
2. Why we process data
- to authenticate your account;
- to validate and restore your one-time purchase;
- to deliver the 1INX challenge experience;
- to calculate and preserve your definitive result;
- to protect the integrity of the one-shot experience and prevent unauthorized repeated attempts;
- to provide support, maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. 1INX does not directly process or store your full payment-card details. We intend to use RevenueCat to validate purchase status and entitlements across supported stores.
4. Authentication and service providers
1INX may use services provided by Apple, Google/Firebase and RevenueCat for authentication, backend functionality, purchase validation, security or service delivery. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy documentation as applicable to the service they provide.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share or make data available only when reasonably necessary to operate 1INX, process purchases, authenticate users, provide infrastructure and support, protect the service, comply with law, or respond to valid legal requests.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including preserving your definitive result, preventing unauthorized repeated attempts, meeting legal/accounting obligations, maintaining security and resolving disputes. Data no longer required will be deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
7. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your 1INX account and associated personal data through the in-app deletion control once available or through our public Delete Account page. We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including for accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. To exercise a right, contact hello@1inx.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
9. International processing
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international data transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
1INX is not designed as a service specifically directed at children. The applicable store age rating and any legally required parental-consent rules will apply in the territories where the app is distributed.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements or our data practices change. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
